Summary
Hotel Sales Coordinator role is vital in driving our hotel's success by developing business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. Located in Mississauga in the Sales Department, this position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to hospitality excellence.
Responsibilities
Delta Hotel Sales Coordinator will:
- Execute and distribute detail reports on Rooms and revenue.
- Build client relationships through inside sales efforts.
- Finalize contracts and close details with clients.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with sales team and the hotel departments to promote hotel services.
- Utilize inhouse systems for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and partners.
- Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in inside Hotel sales.
- Detail oriented and ability to close and analyze reports.
- Experience in account management within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of Hotel sales strategies.
- Proficiency with Opera/CITY/Marsha or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
- Marriott Property experience is an asset.
