Duties
- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles inside and out, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing to achieve a showroom-quality finish
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or imperfections and communicate findings clearly to customers or management
- Apply protective coatings or treatments as needed to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and readily accessible
- Provide friendly, professional customer service by answering questions about the detailing process and addressing any special requests
- Follow safety procedures consistently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and detailing products to ensure availability at all times
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning or vehicle detailing is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic above all
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions carefully
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods comfortably
