Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated <PERSON> to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of construction, including blueprint reading, concrete forming, restoration, siding, and carpentry. This role involves working with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and performing tasks that require physical strength and precision. The <PERSON> will contribute to diverse projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards across residential and commercial sites.
Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute construction projects accurately
- Construct and install concrete forms, perform concrete finishing tasks, and assist with restoration projects
- Install siding, framing, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
- Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting, excavation, or material transportation
- Utilize woodworking skills for custom carpentry tasks and detailed finishing work
- Perform welding as needed for structural repairs or custom fabrications
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment to support project timelines
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe work environment at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to client specifications
Experience
- Proven experience in construction-related roles with knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation
- Hands-on experience with concrete forming, finishing, and restoration projects
- Skilled in siding installation, carpentry, woodworking, welding, and the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively on job sites
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and protocols
- Prior experience working on residential or commercial construction sites is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates willing to learn

Pay: $21.36-$35.60 per hour
