Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Technician

We are seeking motivated Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Technicians to join our team in the Lower Mainland. Based in Coquitlam, but working on the road, this role involves improving indoor air quality through professional duct cleaning services and supplemental product sales, contributing to healthier environments for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use hand tools and power tools to clean and maintain ductwork in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform thorough cleaning of HVAC systems to improve air quality.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and addressing client needs.
- Being an “Indoor Air Quality Expert” and identifying additional services and products that would be of benefit to the customer.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain safety standards and proper use of equipment.
- Document work performed accurately.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in confined spaces.
- Willingness to learn and adapt with provided training.
- Prior experience is sales is a plus.
