Staff Plus is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our client.
This full-time, onsite role is dedicated to managing the entire customer lifecycle. You will provide daily account support, understand customer needs, and resolve any issues they encounter. You will identify and implement opportunities for efficiency while ensuring positive interactions and touchpoints. Success in this role is demonstrated by your ability to effectively communicate and coordinate across all business levels and take ownership of the customer journey.

Working hours are 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday with additional hours as needed during high volume periods. Please note this is a full time 100% onsite role.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Maintain full knowledge and continuously learn all details about our products
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and departments
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Help Customers with questions regarding product and order status
- Process orders (receive, price and confirm with in a 24-hour time period)
- Hold a role in sales by helping customers understand our products
- Communicating with the Sales team regarding upcoming orders and pricing changes
- Reviews customer order patterns and acts on efficiency opportunities
- Takes ownership of customer problems and issues and applies critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Takes actionable and clear steps to resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
- Cross training of all product lines and provide back up coverage
- Makes suggestions/recommendations to customers based on which of our products best suits their needs
- Participates and conducts monthly inventory count
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in manufacturing customer service
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills including de-escalation
- Open to, accepts and easily adapts to change
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization, customers as well as external stakeholders
- A positive attitude and willingness to continuously develop skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team (positive team player attitude) and is outgoing, versatile, enthusiastic and charismatic
- Ability to quickly adapt in a rapidly changing environment
- Self-starter with enthusiasm to grow within a company
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- High degree of organizational skills and time management skills.
