Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Working Site Foreman/woman specializing in Plumbing and HVAC to oversee construction projects on-site. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, coordinate teams, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain high-quality workmanship. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in plumbing and HVAC systems, and proficiency with construction management tools. The Foreman/woman will play a vital role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining strict quality control standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities related to plumbing and HVAC installations on-site
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications
- Manage project schedules using construction management software to meet deadlines
- Oversee subcontractors and labor teams, providing guidance and supervision to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist with construction estimating to stay within financial parameters
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe work environment
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Review schematics and technical drawings to resolve any discrepancies or issues during construction
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in construction projects, particularly within plumbing or HVAC trades
- Extensive construction experience with a strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Knowledge of quality control procedures, safety regulations, and best practices in the construction industry
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of work quality
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams and coordinate multiple aspects of a project seamlessly

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
