Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain is looking for Guest Service Agents who are enthusiastic about providing an exceptional guest experience.
Our team is a big reason guests return often and share memories of their spa experience with others.
What you will do:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Foster a relaxing and tranquil environment for guests
- Assist with guest reservations, modifications and cancellations on the phone and/or in person
- Be responsible for check-ins and daily transactions
- Engage guests; make a connection and anticipate guest’s needs
- Manage wait list and cancellations
- Serve prepared food and beverages at our bistro

Pay Rate: $19.38 / hour
Requirements:
- Smart Serve Certification required (or willing to obtain)
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A professional and positive attitude
- Someone who enjoys people and interacting with the public
- Self motivated team player
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Ability to perform basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and some lifting
- Flexibility to be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work 24 hours per week all year round (except 2-week vacation period).
