Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales expertise, and the ability to work effectively across diverse markets. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred to serve our diverse client base. The Account Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strategic account management and innovative marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outside sales, retail sales, and telemarketing efforts
- Conduct analysis of client needs to tailor solutions that meet their objectives
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, demonstrating effective negotiation skills
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and market penetration
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage sales administration tasks including reporting, documentation, and CRM updates
- Support bilingual clients by communicating fluently in Spanish and English
- Assist in developing sales strategies based on market analysis and customer feedback
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is preferred
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing deals within a competitive environment
- Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual proficiency in Spanish, are highly advantageous
- Experience with telemarketing, marketing strategies, and sales analysis tools is a plus
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and CRM software is desirable
