About Us
Vaseba Immigration & Visa Solutions is a growing Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultancy (RCIC) based in Surrey, BC. We help clients navigate work permits, spousal sponsorships, study permits, restorations, LMIAs, and permanent residency pathways. We're looking for a detail-oriented Case Worker to join our team and support the full lifecycle of client immigration files.
About the Role
As a Case Worker, you'll manage a caseload of immigration files from intake through submission — gathering documents, preparing letters and forms, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients throughout their application process. You'll work closely with our licensed RCIC and senior handlers to ensure every file meets IRCC standards and firm quality guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client files (work permits, SOWPs, restorations, PR applications, and related categories)
- Collect, review, and organize supporting documents from clients
- Draft cover letters, submission letters, and application forms for RCIC review
- Track application timelines, deadlines, and IRCC document requests
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (CaseEasy)
- Liaise with senior handlers and the RCIC on complex or refused files
- Stay current on IRCC policy changes and processing updates
Qualifications
- Experience in Permanent Residence applications (PNP, Express Entry, Family Class, etc.) , Temporary residence applications ( Visitor, work permits and Study permits) is an asset.
