Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technician & Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a strong ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
This role requires a blend of physical work and technical skills, including paint tinting, troubleshooting tools, and assisting customers with their product needs. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with paint, tools, and troubleshooting needs.
✅ Tint paint orders using various tinting machines with precision and attention to detail.
✅ Diagnose and perform minor repairs on sprayers and other tools.
✅ Assist with inventory management, restocking, and maintaining accurate records.
✅ Support store upkeep and maintenance to ensure a clean, organized work environment.
✅ Deliver orders to job sites when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Proven experience in a technician role, customer service, or a related field.
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
✔ Proficiency in basic math for tinting calculations and inventory management.
✔ Experience with paint, tools, or the general contracting industry is an asset.
✔ Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
✔ Must be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
