Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, helping them to relax, relieve stress, and alleviate pain. Must be registered with CMTO with an active license. At this time we are not accepting any applications from people delisted from any insurance companies.
If you are a newly registered massage therapist, we have experienced therapists willing to help support and mentor your growth. We can provide free training on top of the basic requirements to improve your skills.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their needs and preferences.
- Perform various massage techniques tailored to individual client requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments.
- Document client sessions accurately, including any relevant medical history or changes in condition.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to create comprehensive care plans for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Knowledge of medical terminology to accurately document client information and communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and enhance their overall experience.
- Ability to perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain accurate records.
