Job Description
Shine Clean Ltd. is looking for reliable and experienced on-call cleaners to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work opportunities. Hours are not guaranteed each week, as shifts depend on scheduled move-out cleanings, commercial contracts, and client demand. Some weeks may have multiple shifts, while other weeks may have limited or no work available.
We are looking for team members who are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in residential and commercial environments.
Responsibilities
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Residential deep cleaning
- Commercial and office cleaning
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Bathroom and kitchen cleaning
- Garbage removal and general tidying
- Following cleaning checklists and company standards
- Working independently or with a team
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation is an asset
- Ability to work flexible and sometimes short-notice shifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Quality Assurance
At Shine Clean Ltd., quality and client satisfaction are extremely important. Team members may occasionally be required to return to a job site to address missed items or touch-ups if a client is not satisfied with the completed work.
Applicants should be comfortable working in a quality-focused environment and taking responsibility for maintaining professional cleaning standards.
