We're looking for a seasoned, hungry Senior Account Executive who thrives on full-cycle selling — someone equally comfortable working the phones as they are shaking hands at a trade show. You'll join a tight-knit team in our Belleville office and take ownership of high-quality opportunities across North America.
On-Target Earnings: $120,000 | Uncapped Commission | 60/40 Base-to-Variable
As a Senior Account Executive at TruckRight, you'll own the deal from first call to closed-won:
- Identify and research high-potential fleets across North America
- Drive smart, targeted outbound via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify and follow up on warm inbound leads
- Lead discovery calls that uncover real prospect pain
- Deliver personalized, high-impact software demos
- Own pricing conversations and close deals
- Represent TruckRight at 10+ North American industry events per year — this is a meaningful part of the role and where strong relationship-builders thrive
- Maintain tight pipeline hygiene in Pipedrive
- Hit your number, celebrate wins, and grow your earning
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience — you've owned a number, beaten quota, and closed multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong phone presence and proven ability to build relationships in person
- Polished demo and email skills
- Driven, self-managed, and coachable
- Must be available to work full-time, Monday–Friday from our Belleville office
- Must be able to travel to 10+ North American industry events per year (this is a core expectation, not occasional)
- Bonus: experience in transportation/logistics or SaaS
- Real product-market fit with a defined ICP and strong differentiators
