Construction Skilled Labourer (Temporary Contract Position)
About Our Client
Our client partners with leading construction and development companies across the Edmonton area. They are known for maintaining safe, efficient, and productive job sites and are looking for reliable individuals to join their teams for various upcoming projects.
What You Will Be Doing, as a Construction Skilled Labourer:
- Operating hand and power tools including drills, saws, and grinders.
- Loading and unloading construction materials and moving them to work areas.
- Preparing construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Constructing shelving units within retail aisles.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Should Have, as a Construction Skilled Labourer:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a construction environment.
- Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Steel-toed boots, hard hat, and high-visibility vest, grip gloves.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Good verbal communication.
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to operate a pallet Jack and use power tools
In Return, You Will Receive:
- $20.70 per hour
- Paid weekly, every Friday.
- 9.6% vacation pay
The Shift You Will be Working is:
- Sunday to Thursday
- Night Shifts(Typically 10pm -6:30 am starts)
- Overtime may be available depending on project deadlines.
Where You Will Be Working, as a Construction Skilled Labourer:
- Various sites across Edmonton, AB and Spruce Grove, AB
- While some sites are transit accessible, having your own vehicle is preferred to ensure access to all job sites.

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: In person
