As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organized, motivated, and results-driven Project Manager to join our team.
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing commercial mechanical construction projects from award through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
While experience in mechanical contracting is preferred, we also welcome candidates with proven project management experience in the general contracting or commercial construction industry who are looking to transition into the mechanical sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with owners, consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and change documents.
- Procure materials and equipment while monitoring lead times.
- Prepare, price, and negotiate change orders.
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, and profitability.
- Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with field supervisors.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
- Ensure projects comply with safety standards, contract requirements, and company policies.
- Support project closeout, commissioning, and warranty activities.
Qualifications
- Experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Mechanical contracting experience is preferred but not required.
- Candidates with general contracting project management experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with project management software is considered an asset.
- Valid driver's licence.

Pay: $48,394.69-$109,449.06 per year
