Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman/Woman to lead and manage on-site landscaping crews in the construction, installation, and maintenance of residential or commercial landscaping projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscape construction practices, with a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscape crews on job sites.
- Read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure timely and quality completion of landscape installations and maintenance.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as skid steers, and other power tools.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, equipment, and materials used daily.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Hands-on Knowledge of building Patios, Retaining Wall and Firepits.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in landscaping as a Foreman.
- Strong understanding of landscape construction.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape design drawings.
- Proficient with a variety of landscaping tools and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials, working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
