We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in holistic patient care, with experience working in hospital settings preferred. This role involves providing acupuncture treatments to promote healing, alleviate pain, and improve overall patient well-being. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate acupuncture treatment plans
- Administer acupuncture treatments safely and effectively according to established protocols
- Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and related holistic therapies
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Stay current with advancements in acupuncture techniques and medical terminology
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients
Requirements
- Valid registration with the College of Acupuncturists of Alberta (CAA)
- Prior experience working in hospital or clinical settings highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly to patients
- Compassionate approach with a focus on holistic health and wellness
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Pay: $45.00-$130.00 per hour
