Family Physician – Scarborough (Toronto, GTA)
Full Patient Panel + Immediate Billings | $375K–$450K+ | 80/20 Split
A busy, physician-led clinic in Scarborough is hiring a Family Physician to step into immediate patient volume.
This is a walk-in-and-start earning opportunity with an existing patient base, strong daily demand, and full administrative support.
What You Can Expect
- Immediate patient panel + walk-in volume from day one
- Target: 30–40+ patients/day (your pace, your choice)
- Anticipated earnings: ~$25K–$35K/month early
- Top-end potential: $375K–$450K+ annually
- 80/20 split (year one)
- No downtime – start billing right away
- Full billing + admin support provided
Compensation Model
Operates under a Family Health Group model with billings through OHIP.
- 30 patients/day (conservative): ~$35K/month
- Current full-time physician: ~40 patients/day
Additional income:
- Capitation (grows as your roster builds)
- Uninsured services (forms, notes, etc.)
- WSIB
- Refugee / IFH billings
Practice Setup
- Longitudinal family medicine with continuity of care
- Structured walk-in support (keeps schedule full, not chaotic)
- Flexibility to incorporate prenatal care, procedures, counselling, etc.
- Build a 1,500–2,000+ patient panel over time

Requirements
- Eligible for College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario licensure
