What You’ll Do
As a painter at Full Coverage Painting, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality finish on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
- Surface Preparation: Sanding, scraping, caulking, taping, and priming.
- Application: Expert application of paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and organized job site; respecting our clients' homes and businesses.
- Safety: Following all safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Communication: Keeping the project manager updated on progress and potential challenges.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1+ years of painting experience (Residential or Commercial).
- Reliability: You show up on time, every time, with a great attitude.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality and take pride in your lines.
- Tools/Transport: Reliable transportation is a must.
- Professionalism: Comfortable interacting with homeowners and site managers in a friendly, respectful manner.
