Alberta Cedar Roof Restoration is an Edmonton based company specializing in cedar roof treatment, soft washing and rejuvenation. We take pride in our work and the results we deliver for our customers. We are growing every season and we are looking to build a crew that grows with us. This is not a job for someone looking to coast through a summer. This is for someone who wants to build a career in the trades and take pride in the work they do.

The Role
As a Crew Member at Alberta Cedar Roof Restoration, you are on the front lines. Your day-to-day will include:
- Applying cedar treatments, sealants, and rejuvenation products
- Performing soft wash cleaning on cedar roofs and exterior surfaces
- Setting up and safely operating equipment on residential job sites
- Working as part of a professional crew to deliver consistent, quality results
- Representing Alberta Cedar Roof Restoration with professionalism on every job
Requirements
- Valid Alberta driver's licence (required)
- Reliable personal vehicle (required)
- Comfortable working at heights and on sloped surfaces
- Physically capable of demanding, hands-on outdoor labour all season long
- Previous experience in roofing, exterior cleaning, painting, or construction is a strong asset
- We will train the right person
What We Offer
- $30/hour
- Weekly pay
- Full season employment April through November
- All equipment and PPE provided
- Active outdoor work every day
- Fall arrest training provided
- IRATA Level 1 rope access certification training for the right candidate, an internationally recognized credential that is yours to keep for life
- Benefits package rolling out mid to late 2025 for qualifying crew members
