Overview
We are hiring a Crew Labourer to assist with residential and/or commercial fence installation. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role that requires dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a small team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with fence installation (wood, chain link, vinyl, etc.)
- Dig post holes and set fence posts
- Load/unload materials and tools
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow direction from crew lead and work as part of a team
Requirements
- Previous construction or general labour experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work with a team

Compensation based on experience.
Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
