About Us:
Norsat International Inc. is seeking a student enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing or Business Administration to work for the Fall term. Throughout the internship, you will have a hands-on real-world experience with different team members ranging from the CEO & President, Business Analyst Planner, Inside sales and Customer Service team. In this internship, you will be exposed to learning, development and mentoring sessions while being offered a chance to add value through your unique and fresh perspective.
What You'll Do:

Analyze ERP, CRM data, and dashboarding.

Develop stronger business relationships with key channel partners in international markets(maybe in other time zones)

Position new and existing products to customers in the market via customer proposals and quotations

Act as liaison between Engineering, Sales, and the customer to lead troubleshooting actions for various product-related issues.

Technical support for all Norsat products to customers and Sales team.

Understanding all products offered for sales at Norsat. Collate a reference file for each product to support technical inquiries.

Other duties as assigned.

Work Hours:
Minimum 16 hrs./ week and up to 24 hrs per week; minimum 4 months and maximum 6 months; specific weekly schedule to be determined closer to the start date or during the interview. The internship has 460 hours in total.
