The Professional Deep Clean Specialist is responsible for the Initial Deep Clean service for our new residential clients home(s), or providing a One Time Deep Clean service to our clients home(s) You will provide our clients with Domestic Divas Cleaning Co.’s full service, be friendly, professional, and sophisticated. Your responsibilities of the service will include washing & cleaning the entire interior of our new clients home(s). This includes wiping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, emptying garbage, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces within the home(s).

Objectives:
- Thoroughly clean & always maintain without overlooking all areas of each home you are assigned to take care of.
- Pass all regular quality inspections at each home you are assigned.
- Follow & complete specific instructions, checklists, and health & safety requirements for each home you are assigned.
- Advise our office on equipment replacement, or any supplies you may need in a timely & efficient manner.
- Always have clean, organized, and restocked cleaning supplies & equipment in an efficient and timely manner from one of our office locations (all provided for you)
- Represent yourself & the company in a professional & sophisticated manner at any given time.
- Check in & out of work using a technology application on an electronic device/cell phone.
- Arrive at the assigned home(s) on time & prepared to work a full shift utilizing all time given.
- Adhere to time management practices to ensure completion of tasks within the allotted timeframes while maintaining high standards.
- Report any issues, damages, or concerns related to the client's property or equipment immediately.

Education/Experience:
- Experience in the cleaning industry helpful, but not required
- Completion of grade 12 education preferred.
- Must be willing to learn, be coachable, and be accountable.
- Must be willing to go through our Cleaning Training Program & continue to use this knowledge as skills can be trained and developed. Willingness to learn and grow can’t be taught.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25 pounds minimum
- Ability to stand & be on feet for up to 8 hours/day.
- Ability to bend, twist, kneel, scrub, etc.
- Ability to drive up to half an hour to & from assigned location(s) each day. *rare but sometimes further than half hour*
- Ability to walk up & down stairs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for cleaning tasks requiring precision, such as polishing, scrubbing, or using cleaning tools.
- Tolerance for exposure to cleaning products, chemicals, and dust, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Ability to work in environments where temperature or humidity levels may vary, such as homes without air conditioning.
- Ability to carry 25 pounds up & down stairs.
- Ability to use hands for up to 8 hours/day.
- Stamina and endurance to handle physically demanding tasks over prolonged periods.
