Duties
- Provide high-quality nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and gel nail enhancements.
- Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized services.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and products.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the salon.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or Esthetician for at least 5 years or more.
- Must be licensed or certification.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Retail sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling beauty products or services.
- Knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
