Subcontractors: We are seeking experienced and passionate Lash Technicians to join our team as subcontractors. This is a flexible, high-earning opportunity for talented professionals who thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Apprentices: If you are a newer artist with a great eye for detail but need to refine your speed and technique, our Apprenticeship path provides the training and mentorship needed to transition into a high-earning Subcontractor role.
Training & Onboarding: We believe in excellence and consistency. All successful candidates will undergo a mandatory specialized training period prior to starting their scheduled shifts. This ensures you are fully comfortable with our signature techniques, mapping styles, and BodySafe protocols.

- Requirement: Candidates must be open to feedback and dedicated to refining their craft to meet our top-rated salon standards.
Key Details
- Schedule: Our salon is open from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM everyday. Your specific shifts and days will be discussed during the interview to ensure they fit your lifestyle and our client needs.
- Lash Technicians are only required to attend scheduled appointments and can close their day after completing their preferred number of appointments (minimum 1–2, maximum 10 per day).
- Average working hours: 5–6 hours/day, ~20 hours/week, with the option to take additional shifts or bookings.
- Earnings: $40–$50/hour, based on bookings.
- Flexibility: Customize your daily appointment cap and schedule within the allocated availability window.
- Support for Immigrants: We offer extra assistance to help immigrant artists settle into the Toronto community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, precise, and timely lash applications tailored to each client’s needs.
- Select appropriate mapping and lash sets to enhance client features.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to scheduling and appointment management.
- Create a comforting, pleasant, and professional client experience through excellent communication and listening skills.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitization safety standards.
Requirements
- Skills: Exceptional lash application skills with a focus on consistency, precision, and efficiency.
- Client Interaction: Warm, approachable and calm energy with strong listening and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with hygiene and sanitization standards for lash services.
- Certifications: Valid lash technician certification or equivalent training.
- Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of service.
- Portfolio: Submission of a portfolio showcasing your lash work is mandatory.
- Legal Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work as a subcontractor in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a variety of lash techniques (classic, volume, hybrid, etc.).
- Previous experience in a salon or spa setting.
- Multilingual skills are an asset to serve our diverse clientele.
