Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kinesiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing specialized exercise programs to help patients improve their physical well-being and overall health.
Duties:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions and needs
- Develop personalized exercise plans tailored to individual patients' goals and limitations
- Monitor and track patients' progress, adjusting exercise programs as needed
- Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and strategies for injury prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical records systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Kinesiology or related field an asset,
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on individualized treatment plans
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
