Responsibilities
- Supervise and train bar staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and conducting regular audits.
- Develop and implement creative drink menus that align with current trends while maintaining profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Handle cash management and POS transactions accurately.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a bar management role or similar position within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and POS systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Familiarity with food preparation processes and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
