About the Role
Canimpro is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide excellent service. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with questions regarding our services.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Work closely with team members to support customer needs.
- Perform general administrative and customer support tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
