- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing on fleet vehicles and equipment, including inspections, oil changes, tune-ups, and component replacements.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance requirements, safety concerns, and potential equipment failures.
- Complete repairs and verify vehicle serviceability through testing and quality checks.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair documentation, and work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management of parts and shop supplies as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards and technologies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Journeyman Automotive Service Technician Certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and equipment
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- CVIP considered an asset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices
