About This Position
Greendale Resources Inc. is seeking a Commercial Red Seal HVAC Site Supervisor to lead our mechanical team on major commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional with proven site supervision skills to take on a leadership role in our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all HVAC installation and maintenance activities on site
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices
- Manage HVAC crew schedules and work assignments
- Quality control and inspection of HVAC systems and installations
- Troubleshoot complex commercial HVAC issues
- Communicate with project management and clients regarding progress and concerns
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of work completed
- Lead training and mentorship of junior technicians
Position Requirements
- Red Seal HVAC Certification (Required)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
- Proven site supervision and leadership experience
- Expert knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and components
- Strong understanding of safety standards and HVAC regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and team management abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willing to work on construction sites in various weather conditions
