As a key member of the construction team, you will be part of a dynamic group of construction professionals constructing small to large mechanical, civil and infrastructure projects.
We are currently looking for a 2nd to 4th year Plumbing Apprentice or New Journeyman
Required Skills
- Able to understand blueprints
- Experience installing waterlines, drainage/venting and fixtures
- Understanding the installation of boiler heating systems
- Experience fusing HDPE is an asset
- Experience with large diameter pipe and bolt up is an asset
- Experience rigging is an asset
- Able to pass a criminal record check
- Good problem solving skills
- Work well alone or with others
- Willing to work out of town at times
- Valid drivers license
NOTE - This is not a camp job. Applicants are expected to reside in the general proximity to Nanaimo.
Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
