Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused door to door salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, automotive repair, and retail environments. The successful candidate will utilize their communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to meet sales targets and enhance the customer experience. Candidate will have to visit door to door restaurants, hotels and motels, apartment buildings and recommend the products we sell.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Manage dealership operations including POS transactions and order fulfillment
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair services, parts, and accessories
- Handle cashiering duties with accuracy and professionalism, including cash handling and phone etiquette
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is well-presented
- Use Microsoft Excel and other software tools to track sales data, customer information, and inventory records
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Negotiate sales terms effectively to maximize customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals
- Support maintenance of dealership facilities to ensure a clean and organized environment
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience or retail sales background preferred
- Strong communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, CMMS software, and Microsoft Excel is advantageous
- Experience in automotive repair or related technical knowledge is beneficial
- Excellent math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Proven ability in negotiation, marketing, and sales management techniques
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong phone etiquette skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
