Job Overview
This position involves preparing and painting the interiors of residential units and common areas. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to deliver high-quality finishes.
Duties Include:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and priming as required
- Perform minor drywall repairs and touch-ups prior to painting
- Apply paint using brushes and rollers
- Mask and protect surrounding surfaces, including floors, fixtures, and trim
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow project specifications, timelines, and instructions from supervisors
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with interior painting and surface preparation
- Familiarity with painting equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to produce clean, consistent finishes
Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
