Job Description
SDN Custom Sublimation is a Montreal-based supplier of sublimation blanks, drinkware, equipment, paper, ink, and production supplies for print shops and businesses across Canada.
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and responsible Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Lead to help manage the daily flow of our warehouse.
This role includes picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments, receiving inventory, organizing stock, preparing customer pickups, and keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and accurate.
The right person must be detail-oriented, punctual, physically capable, and able to work independently. Order accuracy is very important, and we are looking for someone who can take ownership of the warehouse flow in a small business environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Check product codes, quantities, colors, and models before packing
- Prepare shipments and shipping labels
- Receive incoming inventory
- Count and organize stock
- Prepare customer pickup orders
- Keep warehouse shelves and packing areas clean and organized
- Report inventory issues, shortages, or damaged products
- Assist with inventory counts when needed
- Support the team during busy shipping and receiving periods
Requirements
- French required
- Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Able to lift boxes and perform physical warehouse work
- Able to work independently
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable working in a small business environment
Assets
- Experience with pallet jack or forklift
- Experience with Shopify or shipping systems
- Experience in e-commerce or wholesale fulfillment
- English is an asset
Pay: $17.92-$28.81 per hour
