We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Marketing to join our North America Advisor & Intermediary Solutions (AIS) marketing team. Based in Toronto, this individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement across the Canadian intermediary and retail channels – including MFDA dealers, national bank-owned dealers, national independent dealers and others.
This leader will serve as the Canadian marketing lead for AIS, helping define the regional marketing strategy, influence business priorities, and drive alignment across sales, product, digital, and global marketing teams.
You’ll partner closely with the sales and product marketing teams, and collaborate across borders with colleagues in Seattle, London and Mumbai, to deliver initiatives that bring our firm’s best priorities and investment solutions to Canadian advisors and investors. You know what it takes to launch and sustain products – from ETFs to private markets and fund offerings – guiding them from early planning through commercialization and long-term engagement, and you’re skilled at crafting campaigns that resonate with both advisors and end investors.
This is an opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and deliver high-quality marketing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
