We help organizations bring their brands to life through innovative visual communication solutions, and we're looking for a motivated Account Executive to accelerate the growth of our Vehicle Fleet Branding division.

About the Role
The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new fleet branding opportunities throughout Alberta and Western Canada. This is a combinaion hunter/developer role, focused on generating new business while establishing Process Color as the preferred partner for fleet graphics, vehicle wraps, decals, and ongoing fleet branding programs.
Success in this position comes from building relationships with organizations that operate vehicle fleets and becoming a trusted advisor for their branding, installation, and fleet management needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on vehicle fleet branding opportunities.
- Prospect and generate new business through networking, cold outreach, referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- Build relationships with fleet managers, operations managers, procurement professionals, facility managers, and executive decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for fleet rebranding, fleet expansion, acquisitions, new vehicle rollouts, and ongoing replacement programs.
- Present Process Color's fleet branding capabilities, installation services, and project management expertise.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations in collaboration with internal estimating and project management teams.
- Manage opportunities through the CRM system while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with production, installation, customer service, and project management teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Represent Process Color professionally at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business development or outside sales experience.
- Demonstrated success generating new business and managing a sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
The following will be considered strong assets:
- Experience selling vehicle graphics, fleet branding, signage, printing, or related visual communication solutions.
- Existing relationships with fleet managers, transportation managers, municipal fleet departments, construction companies, utilities, logistics providers, or service organizations operating vehicle fleets.
- Experience working with organizations managing medium to large vehicle fleets.
- Established network within fleet management, transportation, construction, energy, telecommunications, or municipal sectors.
- Knowledge of vehicle wrap production, installation processes, and fleet implementation projects.
