We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to support our construction operations. This role is key to keeping our projects running efficiently by ensuring materials, equipment, and crews are where they need to be—on time and prepared.
About the Role
You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day logistics across multiple active job sites. This includes scheduling deliveries, managing material orders, tracking inventory needs, and supporting project managers with on-site requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate material deliveries and pickups for multiple job sites
- Work with suppliers to ensure materials are ordered correctly and on time
- Track inventory, shortages, and upcoming project needs
- Communicate with project managers and site supervisors daily
- Schedule equipment and ensure proper allocation across jobs
- Help resolve delivery issues, delays, or missing materials quickly
- Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and schedules
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, or construction (an asset, not required)
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
