The Opportunity
The Director of Financial Systems and Analytics will support systems implementations and financial reporting activities across the broader GAHL group. This role is responsible for strategic ownership, governance, and continuous improvement of the company’s financial systems, data architecture, and management of reporting. The Director of Financial Systems and Analytics will serve as the bridge between finance and the business units, leading system implementation, upgrades and optimizations while overseeing financial reporting processes to support decision-making, compliance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Systems Leadership
- Implement and manage the company’s consolidation financial system; integrate all platforms onto OneStream.
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process automation initiatives.
- Act as the primary finance partner to all external system vendors while evaluating and maintaining all financial systems.
- Define and execute the long-term roadmap for financial systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business strategy.
Financial Reporting & Data Integrity
- Maintain a single source of truth for financial data across systems and reports.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring system controls, documentation, and reporting integrity.
- Drive standardization and automation of finance processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and mitigate risk.
- Automate and Report weekly Global KPIs related to business performance. Identify opportunities to leverage technology for faster close cycles, enhanced analytics, and improved forecasting.
- Implement vendor management tool in North America (Corporate & AAG)
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in financial systems, reporting, or finance transformation roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools ie. OneStream, Coupa.
- Deep understanding of financial reporting processes, internal controls, and data governance.
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in a multi-entity, international, or high-growth environment.
- Exposure to consolidation tools, planning systems, and BI/analytics platforms.

Pay: $200,000.00-$230,000.00 per year
