Robert Half is working with a client to find a skilled Financial Analyst to join their team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can interpret financial data, support forecasting and budgeting activities, and provide insights that help guide business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial results, trends, and key performance indicators to support business planning
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver reporting and recommendations
Assist with month-end and quarter-end reporting processes
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
Previous experience as a Financial Analyst
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is preferred
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
