The Clan Gathering of Restaurants is hiring experienced line cooks for Scran & Dram Scottish Public House.
Scran & Dram Scottish Public House is community-focused and offers exceptional Scottish pub fare & classic comfort food made from scratch with local ingredients.
We are looking to build upon our already amazingly talented team here at the Scran & Dram. Experience is an asset, but we are more than willing to train and teach any candidate.
NOTE: reliable transportation is required. Scran & Dram is located in New Hamburg, which does not have public transit at all times.
Accountabilities:
- Reports to Sous Chefs & Head Chef
- Bring passion to the kitchen every day and inspire other team members
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards within the kitchen
- Ensuring food quality and execution
Required qualifications:
- Hard worker with the potential to work 8-10 hours shifts as required
- Friendly, courteous, and positive attitude
- Passion for exceeding culinary expectations and crafting high-quality pub food from local ingredients
- Experience in a professional kitchen is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidates
