Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional Esthetician/Nail Technician to join our growing aesthetic clinic. We are expanding our services and are seeking someone who is skilled in both advanced nail treatments and professional esthetic treatments.
In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare and nail services, creating a relaxing and satisfying experience for our clients. Your expertise in nail care, esthetic treatments, and retail sales will help enhance client satisfaction and promote our salon’s reputation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to sanitation, and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nail services including: Shellac/gel manicures, regular manicures, gel enhancements, nail art and custom designs
- Perform professional facial treatments
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products through effective upselling techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitized work environment in compliance with health regulations
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries or concerns
- Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement services and meet client needs
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
- Follow all health, safety and sanitation standards
Requirements
- Valid licensure as an Esthetician or Nail Technician
- Experience performing gel, Shellac, nail enhancements and nail art
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within the beauty industry
- Ability to upsell products and services in a professional manner
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for skincare, beauty and client care
