We are currently expanding and opening a staging and home support division to assist clients with the full-service support around your home sale, including pre‑listing preparation, staging and upkeep during the listing, and post‑sale and transition assistance.
We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑driven individual to support our staging team on an as‑needed basis. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating order, enjoys hands‑on work, and thrives in fast‑paced home environments.
This role is a vital and integral role of Lauren Elizabeth Interiors. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will assist with:
About the Role
You will assist with a variety of tasks that support our staging projects and client move‑related services, including:
- Decluttering and organizing client spaces
- Packing and unpacking during moves or staging transitions
- Assisting with staging installations (styling, décor placement, room setup)
- Light cleaning and tidying to prepare spaces for staging
- Managing small household tasks and house‑manager‑level duties as needed
- Supporting furniture movement, prop organization, and inventory upkeep
- Helping maintain a smooth workflow on staging days
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (decor bins, small furniture pieces, staging supplies)
- Comfortable with bending, carrying, climbing small step ladders, and general physical activity throughout the day

Experience
- You bring 3+ years of organizational experience in a face paced environment
- You have a reliable vehicle to travel to and from project sites as well as local vendors as needed
- You have a valid Ontario Drivers license
- You have strong organizational, process, and documentation skills
- You are a strong and detailed communicator in written and oral in the English language
- You are a problem solver and bring creative solutions to the table
- You have a love for the design and build industry
Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
