About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Boutique Sales Associate to join our team at a welcoming
women’s and children’s consignment boutique located on Main Street in Vancouver.
This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, enjoys working with customers, and
thrives in a small boutique environment where attention to detail and great service
matter.
As a senior associate, you will play an important role in the daily operations of the store,
including opening and closing, assisting customers, maintaining visual displays, and
helping manage consignment inventory.
Key Responsibilities
Provide warm, personalized customer service to help clients find items they love
Open and close the store following daily procedures
Process sales through the POS system
Assist with consignment intake, tagging, and organizing inventory
Maintain beautiful visual merchandising and store presentation
Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
Handle customer questions regarding consignments and store policies
Work collaboratively with the store owner and team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
2+ years experience in retail, boutique, or fashion sales
Strong interest in women’s and children’s sustainable fashion
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
