Spray Painter

What You'll Do:
As a Spray Painter, you'll play an important role in our daily production process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Spraying products using air-assisted airless spray equipment on a moving overhead conveyor.
- Meeting daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Organizing materials, equipment, and supplies within the spray department.
- Labeling and returning used materials to the proper storage locations.
- Keeping your work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Following all company safety and quality procedures.
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and takes pride in their craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have:
- At ;east 3 years of experience using industrial paint spray systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of both solvent-based and water-based coatings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- An aptitude for problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Reliable transportation..
