Executive Property Service is looking for an energetic, motivated leader to help grow and manage our door-to-door sales team.
This is a working leadership role, meaning you'll spend your time both leading a team in the field and generating sales yourself. If you enjoy coaching others, creating a positive team culture, and leading by example, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales representatives.
- Train and coach team members on door-to-door sales techniques.
- Plan daily canvassing routes and assign neighbourhoods for the team to work.
- Transport team members to and from sales areas when required.
- Motivate the team throughout the day and maintain a positive, competitive environment.
- Track individual performance and provide ongoing coaching and accountability.
- Lead by example by knocking doors and closing your own sales.
- Assist representatives with difficult conversations and help close deals when needed.
- Hold short team meetings and keep everyone focused on daily and weekly goals.
- Work closely with ownership to help grow and improve the sales program.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in door-to-door or commission-based sales.
- Leadership or coaching experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to motivate others.
- Confident speaking with homeowners and handling objections.
- Organized, dependable, and results-driven.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
