Job details

To prepare and deliver on time, good quality product according to the batching formulas and specifications prepared by the lab and to follow all procedures.
to follow the batch sheet instructions for proper procedures (pasteurization and filling temperature).
To complete all the batch sheets correctly/accurately including all Lot no.’s of ingredients and to keep all tags of the drums used for batching.
To submit CIP samples and documents to the lab before the start of batching.
To maintain GMP’s and proper hygiene in the batching area, receiving area and ingredient areas of the plant.
To work in a safe and healthy environment.
To maintain the right temperature and proper storage of ingredients and not to leave too many pallets of ingredients for the current or the next batch to congest your area. Keep your area clean, secure and tidy
To report to your Supervisor and maintenance any improper functioning equipment.
To advise your supervisor of improvements to your area or in the process.
Receiving all bulk materials according to company procedures.
To competently learn all aspects and job functions in the batching department
Hiring candidates for all shifts 7am- 3pm-11pm and night shift 11pm-7am

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.23 per hour
