We are passionate about all things coffee and helping people along their coffee and espresso journeys! Coffee Addicts was built on the philosophy that you can learn and enjoy great quality coffee without being a total snob about it. We want people to feel comfortable enough to ask us questions and safe enough to have fun with us! We sell machines, accessories and parts and ship all across Canada. We have also just recently opened our first showroom here in Calgary, selling espresso machines and just opened our machine repairs department.
Who we need:
We are looking for someone to join our sales team as a showroom coffee nerd. This includes but is not limited to:
- creating a welcoming fun safe space and providing excellent service
- helping customers decide what equipment is right for them
- learning how to use all of the machines we carry to be able to do demos and tutorials with customers
- answering the phone & text messages
- passionate about learning the trends in the ever evolving coffee industry
- keeping the showroom tidy & clean
- part time position; we are open Monday-Saturday. This position would include being a core part of our Saturday crew, as well as working Thursday evenings (we are open until 7PM)
Non negotiables:
- you must be a team player with a good attitude
- you need to be passionate about coffee - while you don't need to be experienced in coffee you do need to be excited to learn!
- you have to love coming to work. If you are looking for a job to just clock in and clock out, this is not for you. We are building a culture and fun workplace - this isn't just a job.
- have a strong customer service background. We love people and want everyone in the company to be a top notch customer service superstar.
Things that might also be an asset:
- previous coffee or barista experience
- any sales experience
- previous experience with growing sales or brand awareness as we are still a very new company and are on a path of growth

Wage: starting $18
Added Bonus: unlimited coffee and access to all the coffee toys
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
