HVAC Sales Representative (Contract) – High Earning Potential
We’re growing and actively looking for experienced HVAC sales representatives across Ontario, with priority areas including Hamilton, Windsor, Whitby, Barrie, and Peterborough.
We’re a competitive residential HVAC company focused on helping homeowners upgrade to high-efficiency systems, reduce utility costs, and take full advantage of available rebate programs. If you know how to build trust, control the sales process, and close deals, this is a strong opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Run in-home sales appointments with qualified residential leads
- Educate homeowners on system options, rebates, and long-term savings
- Recommend and sell high-efficiency HVAC solutions
- Build rapport quickly and close confidently
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous HVAC or in-home sales experience (required)
- Strong closing ability and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working on commission
- Basic technical understanding of HVAC systems
Compensation:
- Commission-only structure
- High earning potential: top reps average $150,000–$300,000
