The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic Sales Manager to lead supply-side growth - someone who can source, close, and scale inventory partnerships across residential, commercial, and institutional parking inventory.
This is not a client maintenance role. This is a build-from-zero, high-ownership position for someone who wants to:
- Close real deals
- Build a repeatable sales engine: Understand what works for different sectors and repeat.
- Help define the future of urban mobility
You will be directly responsible for expanding parking supply in the Calgary market and turning clicknpark into the default platform for parking monetization.

What You’ll Do
1. Own Supply Acquisition
- Identify and close partnerships with a focus on:
- Property owners (multi-residential, condos, homes)
- Commercial landlords & lot operators
- Small businesses with unused parking
- Build and manage a pipeline from cold outreach → signed deals → live listings
- Develop creative deal structures (rev-share, guaranteed minimums, hybrid models)
2. Build the Sales Machine
- Help to contribute, create and refine outbound strategies (email, phone, IRL, partnerships)
- Test and optimize messaging, positioning, and pricing with autonomy
- Implement CRM workflows (ZoHo)
- Build scalable playbooks for future hires
3. Market Expansion
- Launch new neighborhoods and cities by seeding supply density
- Identify high-demand zones and prioritize acquisition efforts
- Work closely with product & ops to ensure supply quality and utilization
4. Close High-Value Deals
- Lead negotiations with larger partners (developers, parking operators, institutions)
- Structure multi-location or portfolio agreements
- Think creatively and work with a team about unlocking hard-to-access supply
5. Feedback Loop
- Bring real-time market insights back to product and leadership
- Identify friction points in onboarding, pricing, and property owner experience
- Help shape the roadmap based on ground truth

Experience
- 3–7 years in sales, partnerships, or business development
- Experience in one or more:
- Marketplace startups
- Real estate / proptech / Parking
- Mobility / logistics
- B2B or SMB sales
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
Nice to haves:
- Experience building sales processes from scratch
- Familiarity with urban real estate or parking ecosystems, specifically the Calgary Market
- Existing network in property, development, or local business
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- Signed and activated 6-10 new parking locations
- Established a repeatable outbound pipeline
- Built a clear playbook for scaling supply acquisition

Compensation
- Competitive base salary + aggressive commission structure
- Performance-based upside tied to supply growth & revenue
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
