About the Role – F&B Outlets Greeter
Hourly Rate: $24.40
As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our guests—setting the tone for a welcoming, luxurious, and personalized experience. This role is essential in delivering Forbes 5-Star service, where attention to detail, warm and genuine interactions, and intuitive service are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and acknowledge guests as they arrive, using their name whenever possible
- Provide information about menus, promotions, and special offerings with genuine enthusiasm
- Anticipate guest needs and offer thoughtful assistance with directions or seating preferences
- Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times, with attention to grooming and body language
- Assist with answering phones and scheduling reservations or follow-up appointments
- Keep the entrance and host stand area tidy, organized, and inviting
- Communicate any guest concerns or issues promptly to the appropriate manager or security
- Uphold and incorporate Forbes 5-Star standards in all interactions, including:
- Personalized greetings
- Use of the guest’s name
- Professional tone and language
- Gracious closing remarks
- Genuine interest in guest comfort and satisfaction
